From my personal experience they’ve been fine. I usually use them for parcel drop off to send packages to other people. I just show up there and say “Hi, I have a parcel drop off” and give them the package and leave, easy and quick process. They do scan the packages after a while. One time when I was dropping off a package I had to wait in the queue because the staff was helping another customer to find his package. The staff seemed very helpful, she was looking through the packages with the customer till they found it! She provided a good customer service. So not sure what happened with the other reviews! They also are quite helpful on the phone with regards to package updates and whether they’ve scanned them or not and etc.

The indian lady who served me yesterday was very rude n accused me of using her agency address for my parcels which the fountain agency is under click n collect n free n she demanded me to pay her because she said she didnt get any commission for handling over my parcels n she told me not to use her agency address again in the future otherwise she will return back my parcels. She was shocking because the agency is under click n collect n free n i hd no issues with other teams before to collect my parcels. Never again i will click n collect the fountain agency again when i purchase online goods.

Shocking customer service! This Newsagent is run by a bunch of under-educated, tactless and disrespectful staff! Today was the second time I’ve had a horrendous experience, and hence my review. Don’t go here if you need help with anything related to parcel pick-up or Western Union transfers!
