I stored here for around 10 years in a driveway accessible 6mx3m. It was fine. I think the company could have done more to financially assist in COVID, and certainly make me feel less like a beggar asking for help each month. Finally I did some research and found a cheaper option. Maybe if Fort Knox (Head Office) were more sympathetic, they could have had my significant for another 10 years. I’d strongly suggest people research other available options
Always pleasant staff to deal with and they will help you in any way they can. They even went above and beyond to make sure my health was looked after when I needed to sort myself out due to a chronic illness. I have been dealing with Ingrid and Linda for quite some time now and have always found them to be be very professional and accomodating to my storage needs and have even rented a 2nd unit recently.
Staff and storage facility are great! Storage locker easily accessible and was clean. Great security.
