I am so impressed with this Business. The customer service was high from my request for a quotation onwards. The price was very close for all 5 businesses I got out but no one got close to the professional way Fernihough Brick and Mortar Restoration conducted themselves. Ross was great and very thorough with explaining the problem and repair process. Kimberley was very polite and always happy when I spoke to her. Tammy was absolutely genuine when she spoke to me, very respectful. Shaun completed the work and he was good with communication, good with turning up on time and when he should and the work looks fantastic. I am so glad I found this Business and I would recommend them to others. Good quality service.

Customer service is outstanding. I had a couple other quotes but the service and professionalism with Brick Mortar was far ahead of the rest. The price was competitive throughout. I am happy with the work and the Trade who completed was respectful of my property especially my roses. I was worried about how the colour would match but it has matched perfectly. I have spoken with Jacinta and Ross on many occasions and have had a quite with Ross. While we aren't ready to proceed with the work on our investment property, Jacinta was professional and responsive getting us booked in and follow up service to see if she could assist us in getting other jobs organised so that we could get the job done. Ross was on time, friendly and professional for the quote. He was knowledgeable in all the jobs that we discussed and offered his expertise to avoid us unnecessary work. His quote was received in a timely manner and was incredibly competitive. He was able to refer me to other similar jobs his team have done so that I can check out their work first hand before deciding to proceed. When we are ready and up to the stage of needing their jobs completed, I will have no hesitation in using them to carry out the work. Ross was also able to help my parents with the work involved for adding their old wood stove to the newly renovated kitchen.
