I contacted Fork Force to book their casual forklift with driver service to move some pallets of bricks around a residential project. Initial contact was through Fork Force and Shanel was excellent to deal with. Ultimately I was invoiced by Lencrow Forklifts. The operator, Brian, was experienced, patient and did a great job. There was a minor issue with the times logged on the invoice but Fork Force sorted it out straight away when I let them know. I would highly recommend them for this service.

I received the attached flyer in my mailbox in Tweed Head, despite not requesting this information, despite not providing my details to you, despite this being a private residence, despite clearly stating “NO JUNK MAIL OR BROCHURE” on the letter box. You have chosen the most ancient and environmentally harmful way to deliver an unwanted message. The use of paper results in massive deforestation and to produce just 1 x A4 sheet of paper it wastes 5L of water. This is in violation of the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011 which means fines up to 3,916. I have reported this flyer and you for unsolicited advertising material (junkmail) and lodged a formal complaint to the Distribution Standards Board in Queensland. Thanks for wasting my time and single-handedly contributing to climate change.
Don't rely on their 5yr warranty. They seem to promote the warranty well prior to purchasing however when you have any issues with the forklift they do a great job of dodging this and you end up having to pay for any repairs. A new forklift shouldn't have the brakes completely fail within 2yrs of purchasing. We currently have 5 other forklifts which we purchased from a different company and there is no comparison in after sales care.
Couriers Please lost the parcel and despite my request to do so, Fork Force's failure to communicate the tracking information on the day of dispatch led to an unnecessary week long delay. However, once the issue was escalated, Fork Force remedied the issue promptly by supplying a replacement part urgently.
I received a call from Adrian who was extremely helpful & said they would rectify any issues that we have. i was appreciative of the call & so far they have done what they said they would. thanks again
Very easy to deal with. Very helpful. Ryan made the whole process seem easy even when things were not progressing on our side as fast as it should have. Would recommend them to anyone wishing to go through the process of purchasing a product from their range.

I am pretty surprised at all the positive feedback these guys have received reading through these reviews. Our forklift was 3 months overdue, we had to continually chase via email and phone to our sales rep Robbie and he would continually just ignore us. Then when we managed to finally get the manager involved he made promises he couldn't keep and then another month later we received our machine. Now most recently we have booked in for our first service and they did a no show, we called them and couldn't get through to anyone, only a message bank, left messages, didn't receive any call back at all, then the service tech turned up out of the blue the following day when we hadn't planned to be down a forklift. We are now trying to reschedule but when noone contacts us back its proving extremely difficult. No exaggeration here, just bitter disappointment..
