RUDE UNTRUSTWORTHY I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! Do not use this money exchanger!!! I went in for n Tuesday 2/02 and exchanged 170 USD dollars into Australian which was equal roughly 240 aud. The woman who served me short changed me 100 dollars. She did not count the money out in front of me rather folded the two fifty dollar notes up with the rest of the cash, and did not provide a receipt. I believe she did this intentionally. Once I got home, I counted the cash, and realised what she had done and called the store back. She was adamant that she didn’t short change me, and it was until pressured to count the till and check the tapes, or have police take action that she caved. I then had to go all the way back to Miranda to retrieve my cash and was met with nothing but utter rudeness. Three days later I get a phone call from someone claiming to be a “ manager “ to apologise. I stated I didn’t want to talk to him, and he launched into a vicious tirade of abuse, to which I hung up on. Do not use these abusive thieves and exchange your money elsewhere. They are not to be trusted. Especially the woman.
