I was looking for a company in Sydney that sells professional heat sealers and decided to buy it from Get Packed. Their customer service is fantastic! Since I didn't have any experience with plastic sealers, they were able to demonstrate me different kind of products that they are selling and I was able to test their products with my own plastic bags as well. I think they really stand out in customer service and understanding what you are trying to use their products for and advising on what's suitable. Also, they do have a great stock - other companies that I received a quote from had a lead time between 3-5 days, whereas I was able to just go there and pick it up straight away. I highly recommend Get Packed for anything around packaging. Make sure to give them a visit and have a look at what they have in stock, just to get an idea what else you might get from them. Many thanks to the team at Get Packed, especially to Kieren and David who both helped me a lot and made my shopping today a great experience!
Poor service had to reach out and make contact multiple times after a sales request was not followed up.. would have been a future supplier although the lack of care and/or effort we are forced to go elsewhere.

I ordered some mailing tubes, misunderstood the cost and had to buy more. Get Packed responded like lightning when there was more to be sold. However one turned up shorter than ordered and was therefore of no use to me. I mailed them about this and received no response. A couple of weeks later I mailed a reminder. So far, another couple of weeks on, still no response. The error was small, but the lack of a response seems to indicate a lack of concern for their customers or sloppy support systems. On top of that, whoever packed them bound them too tightly and partially crushed two. I didn't complain about this because I could still use them, but in some cases this would render them useless - cardboard cylinders tend to buckle easily if the cylindrical shape is lost. As a result, I'll never use them again - there are plenty of alternatives. This appears to me to be a common story in the reviews - good when it works, not so interested if there's a problem.
Amazing experience today – from phoning early and someone responding, getting a quote, ordering – and same day arrival with a smile. Made what was potentially quite a stressful situation very easy indeed and my deliveries are out!
OMG………..we couldn’t believe how quickly they arrived. They were at our door when staff arrived for work this morning. Your service is outstanding, I just had to share the news with our own warehouse distribution staff in our Melbourne office.
