I have been going to Forest Lakes Optometrists for years and have found Michael to be Polite, extremely Thorough and very Professional with his services, also the staff are very helpful and efficient. Michael uses only the best quality frames and lenses and i would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Lai @ Forest Lakes Optometrists.

I've been a client here for years and always been happy with the professionalism and service offered by Michael, the optometrist. He has a gentle, reassuring manner and takes time to explain what he is doing and why, as well as any options available for vision solutions. He will only recommend upgrades to existing prescriptions when they are really necessary, and often I have continued with spectacles which are quite a few years old when new ones are not required - Michael is not out to make a fast buck from his clients by pushing unnecessary spectacles or other aids. Can't recommend this optometrists office highly enough!
