My sister in-law was in an SOS situation !! Two weeks from her sons wedding it was suggested her dress was too casual for the formal dress code, as Mother of the Groom. We did a quick, emergency, spur of the moment dash to Forbes and found the perfect dress and heels at "Chaptertwo Boutique" Jacinta was absolutely fabulous, helping us in every way possible. We left the shop on a high with an incredibly stunning "Mother of the Groom" outfit and a few little extras that Shari assisted with. Lisa is going to look and feel amazing !! Thank you millions Jacinta & Shari for making this experience a fun and successful trip. We will definitely be back :) Penny & Lisa

Terrible service, after accidentally selecting the pickup in store option they demanded 15 for post to ‘recoup some of their costs’ as I had used a voucher which is their own fault if they are a ‘struggling country boutique’ not the customers problem. Refused a refund and a month later havent received the order or a refund as they are so greedy that the customer doesn’t matter at all, they also took 4 days to respond to my message at the time I placed the order the I needed it express posted ASAP and denied that they received my email so I had to screenshot proof, on top of that they stalked my business and tried to say I was ‘destroying the industry’ by running a dress rental business. My outfits are nothing even alike, and I don’t like their outdated boutique style at all in general, maybe that’s why they are struggling and need to steal customers money and think they have a right to keep it with no order in sight, definitely steer clear !!

The service and care the staff give to their customers is first class, equal to that in any bespoke store in any any city (or country for that matter!) I’ve visited. I shop regularly in Forbes- instore and online, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Thank you for having such a wonderful boutique and stocking such gorgeous clothes. I’ll be visiting soon!

Had a terrible shopping experience with this place. Dress arrived with multiple threads coming out of it (in the same spot, so it looked quite raggedy, and the threads were long, and it looked patchy and like it could come apart if I tugged on it), multiple sequins falling off (for days after I'd put the dress carefully away I'd still find sequins on the floor). It was on sale, but I wouldn't have expected to get something that was faulty/damaged. Emailed them hoping to get some help, but was told that I'd received a bargain, that "loose threads are normal with a beaded dress" (they aren't), and there was no way I could switch it out for something else. I do understand that it was on sale, but with no other retailer I've shopped with has "on sale" meant "I can give faulty items to the customer and they can't complain". Whenever I've shopped even at places like Etsy, they tell you if the item is scratched or has any kind of superficial damage to it so you can decide if you still want to pay for the item. ChapterTwo, if you see this review and want to reply with something like "it's only a few loose threads!" kindly don't insult me further and don't bother. I've bought PLENTY of things throughout my life with a few loose threads and happily gone about my day. These threads are so loose that the dress is starting to *come apart* in the top right corner, and as I said, sequins are actively falling off it. It's not stable, and it's literally falling apart. It just doesn't look bad in the photos because the dress is nude and has nude and clear threads, so the camera can't photograph it well.
