Not like other op shops which are usually directly linked to charities but that notwithstanding really interesting place to hunt for bargains. Large and well organised. Prices are mostly reasonable. Staff are helpful and friendly
Just had a great experience at Savers (Footscray). The store is huge and quite well organised. I found what I was looking for virtually straight away. The quality of the stock was of a very high standard, very clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and sanitizing stations were abundant and in working order. I live near Belgrave, so I've traveled a long way to get to Footscray, but it was worth it. I'm impressed. Oh yeah, the prices were more than reasonable. This place is my (no longer secret) weapon. Got a set of six gorgeous martini glasses in the box.. for six dollars. Don't even start me on the books and clothes. So many brand names.. so cheap. Yeah baby!!

This is a big and we'll organised op shop. With a large selection of books arranged into categories, heaps of clothing and a large array of kitchen type stuff it's a great store. Set aside some time, you might be in there for a while.
Had to change this review coz Gavin has been kind over the years. But the female that had an attitude doesn't need to be working in customer service. She does not possess people skills. Gavin I have interacted with for years and he has been a fantastic Manager. The chic was rude in dealing with me as a customer hence the reason I called the Manager.
