His staff never bothered to contact me, continually chasing them up and insist that I make a very expensive appointment with him for every single step of the process. The medication I was given has helped though. 8th July - Another update. Still continually following his staff up, they've forgotten to pass on important messages to him as my condition worsens. 10th Aug - Filled out more forms, replied immediately and have been waiting a fortnight with no reply. Have no idea what's happening with my treatment.

I have had nothing but issues with trying to organise to get my immunotherapy started. I have not received the letters I need and have had no contract from the office to explain why they are unable to post a simple letter. Not satisfied.

My only wish is that I could give it zero stars. While booking my first appointment, my phone number wasn't noted and my address was wrongly noted as well. When I went to see the doc for the appointment, I was being told that my appointment was an hour earlier. I called them twice before my appointment and confirmed the time. On that appointment day, I was being told that i missed my appointment and doctor wont be able to see me today. I took day off and travelled all over to the east side just to see the doc and doc refused to see me. It was the staff mistake who didn't book the appointment properly. They should have called me to confirm the appointment. Now the earliest appointment is 2 months away.
