I’ve been trying to cancel this service for 6 months now and I’ve sent at least 10 emails requesting the service be stopped, I’m out of contract, no legal binding to the company. After being assured two weeks ago that they will definitely close my account they have just sent me more tea towels and invoiced me again hahaha it’s out of control, I wonder what any of the staff at this company are doing. How hard is it to cancel an account out of contract?

Very reliable, and always on call if I need anything. We have been in business together for years, and I have barely had any issues, and if there is one it is promptly fixed. I would recommend this service to others. I have noticed other reviews saying that their rep is bad, but my rep is actually really responsive and helpful. Even bent over backwards a few times for me.
Exceptional service! 5 Stars! Alsco Footscray consistently provides a reliable service with quality and professionalism. They reply to every query promptly and with ease, always providing the adequate support. We recently took over a cafe business in Bayside, and Alsco transferred over the contract smoothly with no issues. The pricing is more than reasonable for the quality and service provided. The delivery driver comes on time each week and always with a smile. He's happy to help you out if you are ever short of stock or need something ASAP. Overall very satisfied with the product and service and would definitely recommend!
Utter Joke. The level of service was compounded by the rep canceling our contract without having had any discussion with any representative from our business. 4pm Friday evening someone arrives and removes all products from our site, leaving us high and dry for the weekend. Phoned our rep to pretty much be told he made the decision for us! He tried to call........... Utterly Furious, dump-founded, and shocked at the level of attitude presented by the rep, who then put the phone down saying we are done.
I running few day spa and had only 1 store with Alsco linen service(Lucky me), Unfortunately my nightmare is starting. First, on last Christmas on Monday 25/12/2017 so my delivery was suppose every Tuesday on 26/12/2018 but didn't show up , i call up and they told me will delay and come on Wednesday 27/12/2018. But no one informed us on email or phone. The next New Year is on Monday 1/1/2018 and my delivery is suppose Tuesday 2/1/2018 so i rang up again and been told will delay and will delivery on Wednesday 3/1/2018. Second, delivery is such a big issue to me. Been told them never put the linen next to my front signage but they do it each time and broke my decoration one day cost me 350 to fix it, for the third week on January i got 1 delivery is shock me out they put all the linen outside the green laundry bag. So i ring up Manager Derek and ask what happen, guess what Derek say to me, we put the linen outside the green laundry bag because we worry the linen will get fold and bend over. I have never given any bad review to anyone but I just can't stand this anymore and there is no way we can get in touch with Alsco! When we took over our restaurant business early this year, we had so much difficulties contacting the person in charge and she is not friendly at all but we got the name transferred finally. Due to the bad response, price, services we decided to terminate the contract with Alsco.....I thought our nightmare had finally ended when we have emailed (on 24/7 for 4 weeks' notice, we got no response), called (they couldn't find our email but I have it in our sent folder) several times and got confirmation from their office that our contract would finish with last day on 22/8!!!! BUT .....It was my fault that I did not get the name of the person I talked to....Alsco delivered linens to us again today and told us that they don't have record of our termination. We rang many times and could get contact with anyone in their office!!! This is really disappointing and frustrating!!!
