After proceeding with a quote I received by email, I received an invoice for 190 above the quoted price. Apparently the images I supplied "had to be worked"- never was I informed or contacted there was any issue, and never was I told of additional fees. The quote that was emailed to me even stated "includes artwork and gst". Very misleading and dishonest and no show of loyalty to a customer of almost 10 years.
