Kris from Focus Hearing recently fitted hearing aids for my elderly mother. The whole process has been excellent. Each step was explained carefully and all aspects in regards to type of hearing aid and cost clearly explained so that the appropriate aid was matched to her needs. Kris’s personable manner and ensuring my mother was not overwhelmed with the examination, learning how to use the aids and follow up reduced any stress with going through the process. Highly recommend this service and especially Kris on the Central Coast NSW.
