My partner and I were ready to settle, had our documents and money ready to go and told us we could book in a time as they stopped taking bookings after 1pm when our builder and bank reps were available until 7pm. I asked to speak with someone in charge to try and escalate our case as we were going to have to pay 100 a day in penalties and could only book for the following Tuesday. No call back, rung 3 times. I sorted it out myself. Piss poor performance from you chaps negative 10 stars if I could give it. LAZY

1 Star is too much ... Totally useless and incompetent. It took 5 days of ongoing emails and phone calls to book in settlement and when I was finally able to book it in they did not have the people available to attend even though they had been given ample notice. As you can guess, we missed settlement. Do yourself a favour and use a more reliable service unless of course you want incur late fees and penalties.

I am the buyer of a property which the vendor is using the services of this stupid company. Our settlement has to be delayed, because this company where is full of useless, incompetent and entitled employees cannot find the property title for us. It has been 7 weeks and they did nothing. Westpac hires this company for all mortgage services including keeping clients' property titles. If I were you, I will not use Westpac for my mortgage, as I do not want to deal with this SUPER STUPID company!!!! So disgusting!!!
Utterly incompetent. They caused settlement to fall over on 1 (nearly 2) times due to cheque errors (they spelled Austin as Ausin) and on the second occasion failed to spell Society correctly and put the wrong amount on the cheque.
USELESS!!
USELESS an hour before an electronic settlement which has been repeatedly delayed by their First Legal and we still do not have a payout amount
