POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had spoken to the customer service team a few times now over chat and I have to say what a disgrace. My whole pump was replaced back in 2018 which gives me another 3 year warranty. I had issues with my chlorinator and the pump in 2019 and the again in December 2020. I had a technician come out about a week ago for the chlorinator and pump again and only some of the problem was fixed and was advised that they will return. Well this did not happen. I got back on the chat again to be told it isn't under warranty. What the hell it is 3 years warranty, but they insisted that they have no records of it being replaced. And also no records for 2019. Only had records for the most recent. They also told me that the product wasn't even theirs when I had the folder in front of me that I was given when the pool was completed. Just trying to get rid of me. Well that won't work. This is absolutely disgusting. They won't hear the end of me as I will not give up. The products are rubbish they break down every year. They did say that they would call me back tomorrow but not expecting it. I know I will have to get back on chat again and waste another 2 hours as that is how long it took me today.

Shocking service...55 minute waits , 77 minute waits sent an email and the response was we will get back to you in 48 hours of course they didn't and sent another email and the response was 72 hours we will get back to you which they didn't. Got through and asked how the warranty repair was going to be told I promise ill ring you back which they didn't and then to be told that they had lost our cleaner which was not cheap. A commercial cleaner. Then to be promised they will have to supply a new one. Two months waiting on parts etc now lost. Sent my partner down there to Fluidra and they said Oh its waiting for you to collect. SERIOUSLY....... It was sitting there. Why couldn't fluidra call us and say ready for pick up. NEVER deal with this Astra or Fluidra. Both absolutely a joke.

NO STARS!!! If I could give no stars I would. I’ve read through so many other reviews and it’s the same story as mine. We have a booking and the technician was a no show, when I’ve called to see what’s going on I’m told they’ll have someone contact me for another booking. Who?? Because they are so busy, was the reason I got for why no one came to look at our pool. Is this a ploy for my warranty to run out!? Why book me in at all if they had no intention keeping the booking!? If you want a stressful, irritating experience or never want your pool to get fixed then Fluidra is the place for you! How do businesses like this stay open with such a lack of integrity!? All we need is for someone to come and look at our chlorinator and tell us what’s wrong! Not much to ask!!

They have an awesome voicemail advertising how good they are that you can listen to while you are on hold for over an hour explaining how the customer is number 1. When you finally get someone they say they will ring you back, which they dont. Dont reply to emails. Stay away from this company and absolute disgrace in this day and age.

As per everyone else - terrible service. Emails not replied to, long wait times on the phone, and you have to chase them at each stage to get a response. Staff are nice enough but even they tell you that you'll have to wait and follow up to get action.

Have dealt with company on a personal basis after buying one of their pool pumps and warranty etc. Not much satisfaction from retail dealer but Astral Pools looked after me in an we excellent manner. If the end result counts for anything then Astral Pools deserve 5 stars and more.
