Disrespectful staff. Waited 45 minutes to see someone but no one bothered to come down stairs, all I heard was laughing coming from the upstairs staff room. It’s actually embarrassing to run a business like that.

Please DO NOT utilise this company under any circumstances! Fluidra's mission from their website notes "To create the perfect Pool and Wellness experience". This company's service and quality of products is nothing but the contrary; 1. Since installation of Astral equipment at a cost of over 20,000, our pool equipment (pumps/heat pump) has failed each year since installation. The cost of our pool heater alone was over 13,000. 2. After installation (31/12/2016), our AHP 100 Commercial heater has now completely failed for the last two years consecutively. Latest issue is a compressor failure with the heater only operational for 2 swimming seasons. 3.\tUpon our AHP 100 commercial pool heater failing in Dec 2019, it took Astral 4 months to rectify issue. Our kids have been unable to utilise our pool for the past two consecutive swimming seasons 4.\tDue to (1), we have made 40 calls to Fluidra (circa 1 hour per call) in an attempt to rectify quality issues. There has been no ownership/proactive follow up from Fluidra when cases have been raised historically. Various commitments/return phone calls are simply not made. We have now been advised by Fluidra to organise our own repairer at a cost of circa 3,000! Our case manager Ginette was unable to even advise if their own parts are available! Absolutely perplexed how this company continues to operate!

Appalling lack of service. Emailed service request 3 times, each time simply pointed me to 'Find a Dealer' on their website, only to find no dealers in my region. They also advised that the equipment, pool heater pump and fan, would need to be sent to them for a repair quote. Absolute joke! I will now bare the expense of replacing the Zodiac equipment with that of a competitor!! UPDATE 17 Jan 2021 Following my 1 star review Fluidra contacted by phone to arrange a service call. The representative claimed that my emails went unanswered because after their first response, the case was closed and any further emails would go to 'Archive'. What's disappointing is that they closed the case without knowing whether or not my problems with their equipment had been resolved. I also got the rep to try and 'Book a Service" through their website and, after entering my suburb, there are no service providers in my area. Note that I had alerted them to this in my first email. Anyway, the rep provided the contact details of a service provider who attended my property the next day. The technician was able to resolve the issue quickly... a dead power point. I also advised him that his details did not appear on Fluidra's 'Book a Service'... he is about 10kms away. He advised that he would let Fluidra know. Lesson 1: Fluidra should follow up all service enquiries to ensure that customer issues have been resolved. I would hope that this will be the case going forward. Lesson 2: For a business, 1 star reviews may be as valuable as 5 star reviews, in some cases more so. In my case, hopefully my review has facilitated significant improvements in Fluidra's customer service standards.

Pool heater has broken down over 10 times in the last 2 years. Have been out to fix it with a huge delay between calling and actual attending time. This time around blamed a installation issue when it was never raised in the last 10 visits. Absolutely useless company to deal with. Will never purchase products again.

i will give this company 5 star. on reading reviews from other clients having problems with there pool equipment. I have had my pool with astral pool pumps and heater for nearly five years still going well no problem from first start up.

Pump lasted, just, over the 3 year warranty period. Local authorised rep not allowed to fix, has to be new pump part. Pump part 1500 and better brand pump 2100. Guess which one I went. Will not go back to astral pumps.

Bought Spa heater 2 years ago and it doesn't work. Have filled out request to service on the website twice - no response. 1300 number rings out. Blanket email to Sales/Accountants/ Warehouse/ Support asking if they still in business. No response. I guess not

I'll never buy another pool cleaner from this company. Zodiac CX35 robotic cleaner has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. Now after 3 years I'm told it needs a new gearbox!
