Michelle is 100 percent devoted to dogs but has zero business sense and zero customer service attributes. She can’t remember when you’ve booked and she’ll text you to ask you to remind her. She’ll leave clothes etc at your place. She’s absent minded and cares only about two things: 1. Michelle and 2. Pets. She’s an earth angel sent to care for pets. She has no value for your time or opinions or instructions because she can’t value her own time, opinions and instructions. That is what makes her a 5-star pet person - if you can get your ego aside and let her do her job and remember she doesn’t care about you and only cares about herself and her pet companions.
