Following up on a promotion for fabulously priced flights to London I approached a staff member at Flight Centre in Ballina. How very lucky was I to be assisted by the very lovely Liz Starkey. Liz immediately put me at ease with her friendly personality, her knowledge of the products on offer and her professional manner. She went out of her way to help me secure great flights and also advised of a wonderfully priced river cruise which was available through Flight Centre for the time frame we needed. She spent time researching what our needs were and was happy to revisit any queries I had. Liz I can't thank you enough for the help you have given us and continue to offer us. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to you in the future. We are bubbling with excitement for our holiday in 2020 and will be sure to visit you on our return to thank you again for the wonderful time we know we are going to have. Cheers Ros Leeson

The staff at Flight centre Ballina -Cruise are so friendly and welcoming. I have booked my last two holidays to Europe with the very lovely Nicky O'Rafferty who listened to what we wanted and put forward some great suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable and kept us informed at all times if there were any changes before we departed on our journey. Thanks to Nicky for making our holiday stress free, can't wait to discuss our next trip with her.

We have been dealing with this Flight Centre Branch for over a year but especially with Nicky. We will be heading overseas in July for the bucket list of trips and Nicky has been very patient and a wealth of knowledge helping us with any questions or concerns we might have. Each time we have come into the brach we have been greeted in a very friendly matter by all staff. Flight Centre staff are professional, well organised and strive to ensure that your travel needs are met. This includes whilst overseas -able to be contacted when things don't go to plan. If you're unsure of something, always ask. They will do their best to accommodate you.

Amy helped me book a family trip to Europe number of years ago and now we wouldn't ever consider booking through anyone else. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and has made the planning process for all of our trips very exciting. She has always helped me with all inquiries in a timely manner, whether my inquiry has been by phone, email or in store. All of the staff in the Ballina branch have been friendly too, but Amy is our go to girl and our recommendation.

When we put our holiday plans into the hands of Amy (Holberton), Flight Centre Ballina, the experience of our trips (and yes we have had several with Amy) increased the bucket list ten fold. Whether it be Europe, Scandinavia, Thailand, cruising the south pacific and soon to be Alaska (bring it on) we couldn't be more ecstatic! So much so, we live in Lake Macquarie (Newcastle) and our travel agent works in Ballina. Even the geographical distance isn't an issue. She has helped us a number of times with holiday planning with accommodation flights etc, she is in the process of booking a river cruise next year for our 50th wedding anniversary.
