I have used Flick for at least 4 years but this year they were keen to book in the treatment but they haven't shown up - twice. That's two days outside of lockdown that I could have been out of the house... No phone calls or text messages to say late or no show. There's no convenience to be had here with a big company so I'll just deal with smaller local ones if it's the same amount of effort. Very disappointed and won't be returning nor recommending.

Very bad experience. We did the pest control on 12 Feb 2021. After the technician finished his work, all of the ants coming out to my kitchen. Then I ask this company to resolve the problem, they told me I need to wait two weeks, as there are so many ants around my kitchen now ! Very poor customer service, very unprofessional !

Most unprofessional and criminal company. One of their drivers hit my car on the road last week causing significant damage. They are now not returning calls despite it being 100% their driver’s fault. If this is how they abide by the law I’m scared to think what they do with customer’s money. I’ve had to pursue the matter via the police and my insurance company.

Shane, the technician from flick, was professional and thorough during my first inspection and chemical procedure. He explained everything well to me who myself had no experience before and he was very pleasant to talk with. Thanks for your great service. Worth paying money.

UPDATE I was contacted by management to reaolve the issue which is welcomed... We had our house sprayed for spiders, ants and cockroaches and a few weeks later we continued to find spiders and cockroaches so we made a follow up appointment to have this addressed this weekend Saturday came and no one came, I called the office and then they called me back to say they would not be coming due to the rain forecast. It hasn't rained and I now have to wait until the new year for a new appointment to follow up as its now too close to Christmas and we have holidays planned. It was an extreme disappointment and inconvenience as our dog needs to be organised to go somewhere for the time we are not allowed in the property. A phone call to say no one was coming would have been great. Really disappointed and inconvenienced as my entire day was planed around flick attending to our property for warranty.

Flick pest control is honest and their warranty is an actual service not just a marketing name. I highly and delightfully recommend the flick pest control to anyone who needs a genuine service for their house and family.

Shady business practice. The builder of my house had the land treated for Termites 4 years ago, per the criteria the house needs to be inspected every year to qualify for warranty, this costs 220 dollars for a man to come to your property to tap on the walls and press a moisture meter on the wall to see if there are any moisture, this process takes less than 15min. So basically it's insurance to have this process done in case something happens, and that's okay. Until this year, I was told the inspection is due and the gentleman came and did his business, I received another call a day later saying I'm due for a 2000 Trench and Treat as advised by the gentleman that came to inspect the day before. I was told that usually it would've been done every 6 years, but due to an change in policy by the Australian government, it's now every 4 years. By this line of logic, I asked whether if this would have been required whether an inspection was done or not, and was told yes, as it's government policy. So I asked whether if I am still covered for this year at least because I spent 220 bucks the day before, I was told NO because I am not going ahead with the 2000 trench and treat. It's shady business practice because now I decide that I do not want to go a head with this trench and treat and waste 220 bucks for no reason. Had I was told prior to this inspection that an Trench and Treat is required and is due because of government policy, I would have not wanted the inspection AND the treatment. This kind of baiting business strategy is disgusting. **Update** After posting this review, I was contacted by Flick, was told I will receive a response from one of their customer reps within 2 weeks, it's been 3 months, no responses were given despite me chasing it up. Do not do pest control with these people.
