Parking was a challenge! If you are a member of CSCC I suggest you park there! Lovely reception staff. Physio Sarah was lovely to my special needs daughter, explaining everything to her with caring and patience. A pleasure to see my daughter enjoy her exercises and gym work with such cheerful friendly support!! Thanks Sarah!

Mitch is fantastic. He finds the problem and creates exercises that fix the issue. I have had tremendous success with Mitch as my physio, he knows his stuff and I highly recommend him.
Hugh explained everything to me regarding my condition and how he intended to improve or fix it. He also gave me exercises which he illustrated for easy understanding and memory.
