I have used Fletchers to move 3 pianos in as many years. Each and every time they have turned up on time or have phoned to let me know if they have been held up - not many people do this these days - and is one of the reasons I've continued to use them. They have always been polite and engaging and moved the piano in and out of a purchasers home and delivered to my home with never any problems. Every time they were efficient and did an excellent job. No damage to any of the pianos I've had moved by them. Always courteous and helpful and their experience with piano moving shows with how quickly they get the piano loaded on the truck and on the road. These guys don't muck about. I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone needing a piano moved.

Rude and lazy.. would not recommend. Regardless of who paid for the job your job is move pianos. Not rock up to people house, help your self to look through their house then ask them to move cars to get it out, and then charging extra because it didn’t suit you. Then ringing Cheryl to get her to write a good review to cover the fact that you couldn’t handle getting a bad review...
just don't hire for removal of pianos. Complained about the job. Even though, it is their job. Was told it was going to cost extra, than previously quoted for 4 stairs. it would be more beneficial to hire professionals.

Just replying to the Reviews written by Heidi and Bella Bush I am the person who owns the Piano which was removed from my Brothers home in Maitland this week . As per quote for Removal it was the Back Entrance of the Property where it had been delivered some years before which had the most probable exit regarding steps ( Stairs) only one . Removal down more then that was an extra Cost to me . It was You Who Refused to Open the Side Gates or Move the two Cars in the Driveway knowing they would be arriving to remove the Piano at that time in the morning , it was up to you to be ready to accommodate the removal as I was bearing the cost as per the Quote . Had I have known it was a problem for you I would have been happy to pay the extra to have it taken down the front 5 Steps . At this stage I would like to say it was you who lead me to believe Corey and Murray were rude to you Heidi when now I can see clearly who was the problem . I have dealt with The Fletcher Family Pianos for over 27 Years on and off for Removal and Tuning and I have Always found them to be Honest Reliable and above all Polite . Bella to you my dear your Mum has already done enough damage to this Business and Its Not about a Bad Review Bella its about Lies which my Father always taught me to tell the Truth and he wouldn't like his name ( Massie )attached to one Cheryl Massie Matheson :) I Would Highly Recommend Fletcher Piano's To All Who Seek Out Piano Removal 100%
Had great help and encouragements in my long search to buy a piano. Very friendly and patient. Had most wide range of second hand piano available around MNC that im aware of without having to go to Sydney with good price to add.
Peter has been tuning my pianos for a couple of decades (sheesh, is it 2018 already?) - friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting a top-notch result - cheap at twice the price. Now, excuse me, if you need me, I'll be in my music room....
