Wow! Remarkable thorough work by Hugo. Sent my old beaten up Galaxy for screen replacement and was quickly returned a brand new looking phone! Perfectly cleaned up, with free of charge extra little repairs and a Neon Tuff screen protector. Communication was easy and clear, friendly and honest. I wholeheartedly recommend Hugo and his perfectionist skills, with well worth & fair prices. A very happy customer indeed, who will return for any future needs.

After seeing 3 other repairers and being told new part required, up to 200 to fix . (Damaged charging port) Hugo fixed it in 30 seconds. Thanks Hugo
I had a really good experience having my iPhone screen replaced here. Not only was it cheaper than the place in town, but the service was above and beyond. If you need your phone fixed in Byron this is definitely the place to go.

I don't understand all these bad reviews. Hugo has only ever given me fantastic service with fast turn around. On 3 occasions he was able to fix one a phone and second 2 laptops that another shop said was not fixable. I have recommended his shop to quite a few people that were having issues and they have all said he did a great job. Maybe it's the occasional person that feels they did not get what they were expecting that are compelled to write a review here.
Hugo tried to fix a very simple job: replace the input plug in a 100 guitar amplifier. He charged me 150 saying our agreement was he charges 150 an hour. Fair enough for a computer repair. Not for a simple technical job. I'm still not happy with the result. The amplifier chassis is not tight and two screws are missing from the cabinet. I'm not going back.
Went and saw Hugo for what I thought was a major problem. He saw his way around it and fixed it there and then and didn't charge me. True and ethical gentleman. Highly recommend. Thanks Hugo!
