I had a last minute project that I needed framed in only a couple of days and they had it ready in 48 hours! I did spend a lot of money... But it looks fantastic. The article being framed was 100 years old and really delicate. The customer service was great and the staff were friendly and covid conscious wearing masks while serving customers. Thank you!

Item were just as ordered, packed very well so as no damage throughout the interstae delivery process. Great communication went over and above to make sure correct address. Awesome service. Postage a little high but still worth it.
I contacted 3 other framers via their online quotation page, Fix-a-Frame were the first to respond, they quoted promptly and cost effectively. I admired their great customer service and their attention to detail. I wasn't disappointed when I visited their store, it has a fantastic range, and they can handle any type of framing requirement. It's a very busy store, with a lot of repeat customers, which speaks volumes about the great service they provide. The location is easy to find on Logan Rd, just look for the Bunnings sign, located in the Mt Gravatt Home Makers Centre with plenty of car parking.

Really easy to order custom cut mat frames online and pickup in store. Great quality & price too! Took about 5 days turn around. Will have to check out their full custom framing service next time.

I could not give higher praise to the meticulous attention to detail and quality of these frames. Having had several large scale pieces framed here as well as renewing an existing piece that I had I am so happy. Even with a delay in stock due to covid the staff went above and beyond for me. Would 10/10 recommend and can't wait to have my next piece framed here.
