TUCKED AWAY AT THE GRUNGY END OF THE FESTIVAL HALL COMPLEX Located within the large three storey warehouse on the corner of Rosslyn and Railway Streets, it looks very "West Melbourne" - lots of graffiti and surrounded by railway bridges and tall warehouses. This site is where they run training. Their coffee roasting is done elsewhere. You can buy their coffee beans online. Parking nearby can be challenging at times with either meters of time limits in most streets. Fortunately, it's an easy walk from North Melbourne or Southern Cross train stations.

Outstanding coffee. Their service is absolutely amazing and they do everything they can to make sure you always have fresh coffee. Their single origins are clearly superior and it’s obvious the amount they put into the ethical side of coffee and helping farmers to improve their crops. They always provide great tasting notes as well as fun facts about where each coffee is grown. If you even get close to running out of coffee they are there promptly with bags of more delicious coffee.

Thoroughly enjoyed the barista trainings! Adrian is professional, knowledgeable and patient, I learned heaps and I’d definitely recommend 5 Senses! And using a Synesso is always a joy

I attended the Five Senses 'Home Barista' course at their training facility in West Melbourne. I very much enjoyed the experience and thought it was well tailored for a home user, such as myself. Went through where coffee is sourced, the process, preparation, the flavours to finally practice espresso brewing and milk frothing. The flavour change is noticeable from when you start (untrained) to the final product. Finished off with how to clean down a machine, which was also great knowledge. Thanks to Adrian who did an outstanding job and was an excellent teacher on the day.
