Owner is genuine and loving towards all his guest whether regulars or First-timers. I CANNOT understand the negative reviews but each to their own. Very rarely does the owner of a restaurant bother talking genuinely to their clientele, and very rarely do you find a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant where all the dishes taste different and made with various broths and specific touches. The prawns were fresh, the Pho was amazing. If you're looking for a fancy up market restaurant that is simply there to take your money and serve you MSG do not come here. Here everything is lovingly prepared and it really does feel like you're welcome here like at home. Will be bringing my family and friends back to this family-oriented business.

been 5 times now in the past 4 weeks after our 1st visit highly recommended by a friend who has been eating William's amazing food for over 10years and it didnt disappoint have almost gone thru most of his menu and have to say it is amazing the crispy skin chicken is a favorite of mine and well as the new dish not yet on the menu the fried bean curd suggest getting willys sexy hot sauce as I love a bit of heat topped off with his trademark mango dessert delicious taking a large group in 2 weeks to share with our friends and colleagues. willys extremely inviting and always helpful and a absolute dag my now favorite vietnamese & Chinese restaurant
