I completely agree with the other reviews. Lachlan, the audiologist who saw me, was excellent. Extremely professional. As someone with longstanding and substantial hearing loss, I cannot recommend them highly enough, even after just one visit. And I have visited a lot of audiologists!

Very impressed. From what I've heard about the audiology 'industry', it's mainly about flogging expensive hearing aids. So I was ready for that, but it's not what happened. The audiologist, John, was great at asking heaps of questions and taking lots of time to answer all of mine. At the end, his recommendations were only about prevention and hearing care, without trying to sell me a thing. Since they seem like an ethical practice, I would recommend NS to others
This is not an otolaryngologist if you are looking for one don't go here. I needed an otolaryngologist for medical advice and they took my otolaryngologist referral and gave me advice on audiology. So they had to give me a referral to an otolaryngologist which not only I had to wait an extra two days to be able to see an otolaryngologist (as i could have an a booking the next day but lost the spot) but the referral from the audiology was not recognised so had to go get another referral... Please refund my money and also Medicare's money as you can't take bookings for otolaryngologist. Most of all stop taking bookings for an otolaryngologist!!!
Helpful, professional and warm reception and thorough follow up post visit. Would highly recommend. Very good with young children.
