This is the worst medical centre ever. Reception people are hopeless, lier , frustrated and rude Still sitting and waiting from last 2 hours no one is available . This is unbelievable.

Five star service! I wouldn’t trust my health with anyone but Dr Gilhotra. I saw Dr Gilhotra for the very first time as a walk in patient after suffering a nasty workplace injury 18 months ago. Since then Dr Gilhotra has been my primary treating practitioner, her medical treatment, advice, support and advocacy through a complex diagnosis and recovery has been rock solid. Even on my lowest days where dealing with work cover has been nothing short of traumatic and I’ve just wanted to give up she’s been there to support me and advocate on my behalf. I can’t thank her or the medical centre enough!
I Think The Doctors And Nurse & Staff At Five Dock Medical Are Good I Went Into Concord Hospital 4 September 2019 About My Heart The Staff From The Medical Centre Rang Me At Concord Hospital To See How I Was Going Every Time I Go to the Medical Centre Everybody Is Nice And Friendly
Absolutely disgraceful.. after waiting 2 hours with painful tonsilitis and an oppressive headache I was told they had run out of time and would not be able to see me. If I had been told that I'd have to wait 2 hours or if there was a risk I'd not be seen, I could have chosen another medical centre. Now I will go another day without antibiotics and pain relief.. very disappointed.
Loverly staff and doctors. after moving to this area a few years ago i found under recommendation the five dock medical centre, well equipped and friendly. i also highly recommend dr. gilhotra. thanks also to the team of pharmacists in the centre. thanks all.
Fantastic Staff! In all the years I have been coming here, the only time I have had to wait to see a doctor is when I hadn't made a booking, and even then the lovely receptionists were able to give me a time frame for when I would be seen. The doctors are awesome! I managed to get all of my holiday vaccinations in one day, without booking ahead!
I wish I could give a ten-star rating!!! ️️️️️️️️️️ Excellent professional health care provider. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. The nurses are competent and compassionate. My entire family goes here for our medical needs. Felt like I knew the staff here already. Must be being handled by a great Practice Manager..for sure :) You guys are doing a great job! Keep it up! Ps. Please keep the red-haired Agatha! She deserves the best receptionist award!
Went in as a new patient last week. So had a kind person to greet me and a doctor who listened and took time to ask me questions. I also had a great experience at the pharmacy. All in all I can say I was happy. Will definitely go back and start useing as my new medical centre. I was relieved to find a new doctor so easy. As I have just moved to area and everything is so different.
