I spoke to Steven on the phone on Tuesday enquiring about the possibility of a same day turnaround for an Order of Service for a funeral happening today. He and the team got the order ready for pickup within 42 minutes of my emailing them the file. They accepted payment on pickup. The price was amazingly low. It was a seamless process from start to finish and I'm blown away by their ability and willingness to help in a time of need.
