Just bought my dream car - an older RS4 and it had a Check Engine Light come on. It caused me some concern to say the least. Called Audi Service Five Dock. Initial contact with Betty who immediately arranged for me to discuss with Simon who has many years experience working on Audi's. Told to come in straight away and check it. Simon ran a diagnostic and took time to explain what caused the issue. Nothing serious but I now have a plan if it happens again. Betty and Simon are real professionals and with just this first great experience, you now have a regular future customer.

We experienced a warranty issue with a Q3 fuel door not opening. Arbilina (I'm not sure of the correct spelling, apologies) and the team were professional and courteous and even though the centre was fully booked for the foreseeable future, our immediate needs were met and the fault was rectified. Well done Audi Five Dock team.
For a place who takes great care for their customer service department I am very dis satifised. Had an emergency issue with my veichle and no body cared to even assist me.this is the third time I have had an issue with my veichle yet their department and management couldn't care less. They advised me their just 'too busy' and I need to re schedule on later date when they'll be free. If you want your saftey to be ignored definitely go to this place!
We purchased our AMG E53 from Thomas Chitty at Sandersons and cannot praise the exceptional service we received enough. His warm service has been impeccable throughout the entire journey. He demonstrated awesome sales skills, truly understanding customer services and delivering at every level. I had to turn up half an hour earlier than my appointment but Tom was very happy to accommodate me. Tom took time listening to all my concerns/requests and promised me that he will address them. In the middle of the day, he called me to inform the progress of the job and explain/discuss some of the queries I had.When I turned up in the evening to pick up my car, everything was ready. Tom had given excellent attention to detail, he did remember all my requests,done all the things above and beyond my expectations. Car was cleaned and washed very well. He explained the invoice and all the work done in very detail, which was very helpful.
Exceptional service! Always have the pleasure of being taken care of by Tom. He is very knowledgeable on all things Audi and gives genuine advice. I highly recommend requesting Tom for any Audi Five Dock service queries or bookings you have. He deserves beyond 5 stars! Thank you Tom for always looking after us and our Audi!
Quite possibly our worst customer service experience at an automotive service department. I appreciate you're not Audit Centre Sydney - but you represent the Audi brand. Redirecting us to Head Office simply because you were challenged and unable to qualify a position you held regarding your assessment as to what caused a potentially serious incident involving our young infants in our Q5 is unacceptable. Perhaps do the leg work and understand the technology with Head Office rather than providing us with a level of misinformation in the preceding week. You single handedly have lost us as ongoing Audi consumers for life.
