Quality of drive
I just attended Audi Five dock with my wife today and had the worst customer service experience. I drive Q3 at the moment and I had a genuine interest in buying Q8 for my family. At the dealership, I saw a Q8 was being test-driven by someone else. I asked the sales rep to test drive Q8, he told me that it depends on how serious I want to buy the car as if he was testing me. He then asked me whether I was interested in diesel or petrol, I said diesel. He told me that he only has petrol so I can't test drive the car. I asked him whether I could still test drive to feel what it's like, he said I can not because that is not what I am looking for. He didn't even introduce himself to me. He looked busy and careless about me. He didn't even offer me to ask any questions or give me his business card. He didn't even want to engage further conversations with me. I was quite surprised because he didn't even look like he wanted to sell a car to me. Maybe it is because I was wearing t-shirts and jeans at the time. Maybe he thought that I am not a person who is able to afford Q8. The look that the sales rep made me very unconfortable. I have previously purchased a few European cars but never had been embaraased by a sales representive. I still wanted to buy a Q7 or Q8 but I will have to go somewhere else if the dealer doesn't want to help me but treated me in the worst possible manner.

Audi Five Dock is probably one of the best dealerships I have been to. Hugh, Ari and Christian were so great to deal with, so helpful, down to earth and super friendly! 10 out 10 for customer service and professionalism!! We absolutely LOVE our Q5!
