I completed my Certificate III in Hairdressing 12 months ago at The Victorian international academy in Fitzroy campus. Since graduating I worked part time in a Salon in South Melbourne and now have my own salon in highpoint. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for the support and knowledge I was given and shown by all of the amazing teachers. I was very excited to graduate however also equally sad as I build an amazing rapport with all students and staff at the college which I miss on a daily basis. The encouragement I was given has taken my skill set to a whole new level and given me the confidence to be the best hairdresser that I can be. I could not recommend this college high enough especially the director and all of the staff. Thank you VIA again for this amazing experience, I owe every bit of my success to you all.
I got an amazing cut from VIA today. I was really worried I'd have to just deal with an awkward hair stage while it grows a bit, but they've done an excellent job! they really 'got' what I wanted to achieve, which is so important, and she made my hair look fab. I will definitely be coming back!

I love going to Victorian academy, Firstly, yes of course it is about the great cut by Marco or the team, then the amazing colour followed by an incredible head massage! There is so much else, the VIA team innately know what will suit you and the conversation is always current and their goal to stay ahead has proven with the entering of both cut and colour awards!
