Simply delightful; food, short wine list, service, ambiance amd that cool jazzing music. Beef is not the tenderest you'll find, but the red curry is superb, and the satay sauce, balanced sweetness, crunch and spice.

The food is amazing, so delicious, very fresh and full of flavour. I also had the Iced Thai Lime tea and it was so good, I’ve never tasted anything like it before. The staff are also so lovely and very accommodating for diet requirements and plenty of vegan options!

Dining at Thai Noi, Fitzroy exceeded my expectations. The first bite of a street food snack/ entree, was a taste sensation, beautifully presented on a fresh betel leaf with ginger, lime, peanuts, shrimp and tamarind paste. The flat bread that accompanied this entree was delicious, as was the main dish, Masaam Beef. I couldn’t resist taking a photo of the omelette net over the Pad Thai Combo, but can’t figure how to post the photo here! PS. The tropical greenery of the upstairs amenities was stunning.

Came here on a whim when the place I wanted to go was closed. The ambiance is really cute and there are lots of vegan options. I tried the Penang curry which was very dry, very very spicy and a bit disappointing. I got a side of purple sticky rice that was good but not very sticky and came in a bag (I’m assuming to make it more sticky?) My friends got the vegan larb and the massaman curry which seemed to be pretty good.

Very nice food and excellent customer service, was there for dinner with friends. A bit sweet and too spicy for me, maybe only because I haven’t have any spicy food for awhile.

Probably the best thai food we've had outside Thailand. Particularly liked their northern thai specialities. Fish cakes and betel leaves great. Lovely food and friendly service.

pros: food is above-average, affordable price. cons: need more patient and polite service.

Food was good and they also had some cheap chefs specials. We were from out of town so needed to charge our phone but got declined.
