Excellent. Turquoise water, bikini sheilers, beer and awesome tucker. We love this place. Snorkel the reef and walk 20 metres to the pub with swim gear on or off. It's a yearly adventure at least. Fitzroy Island is definitely a gem off Cairns. Even the locals don't overly know this place, which is good because we don't want everyone here.

Very disappointed with the service we received at the restaurant during a trip to Fitzroy island yesterday. We ordered two burgers which took half an hour to arrive, and were stone cold when they finally did. Admittedly the staff did replace them with not much fuss and they were tasty when they arrived however upon asking for some aioli for the chips we were told it was 2 and could only be purchased when we first ordered the food and could not be bought after! The most ridiculous thing we’ve ever heard.

A good place for lunch if visiting Fitzroy Island, yes you can get a meal and a beer. I thought the meals were a bit on the expensive side, but everything has to be shipped in from the mainland which would add to the cost, it was still nice though

Great pub food and good range of drinks! The staff were really nice here as opposed to the fancy restaurant, which is odd because I think they are all from the same pool of people. Was nice to be able to get out of the water from snorkelling and climb up a few meters to a refreshing beer and even the kids loved this place. Only thing I would suggest is adding some Hemingway Beers (local Cairns beer brewed right at the wharf) as there isn’t much micro-brew range at all. You’ve got them on your boat just pop some in your bar!

Great location but somehow manage to turn the magnificent fresh ingredients Cairns has to offer into not so great food. Kitchen is not open throughout the day and found the staff very hit and miss. Would pay the extra few to eat at the Resort restaurant or bring some instant noodles.

Drinks and food with a great view of the sea.Stayed at the resort some minor repairs needed,but the walks and views are great.

Ate here on 3 nights. Nevermind fresh, rarely warm and small for pub food. Price is cheap but proportions and quality should be cheaper
