After doing a bit of research Fitonline seemed to have the best value with their products overall and the best price on delivery. They had a lot of information on their products and the compare function and videos were great in helping me decide what to buy. I ended up buying the Bodyworx TM2500 treadmill and I love it! It was delivered really quickly and was easy to assemble. It feels very sturdy and great value for all the features included. Definitely recommend this site!
You have organised the courier directly. How about you escalate this with them instead of telling me to sit tight and wait for the item to arrive. It is such poor customer service. I have already paid for the item that I have not received for almost 2 weeks. it is ridiculous that I have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive from Sydney. Not the first item I have ordered from Sydney before and the last time I have purchased an exercise bike it arrived within 4 days! I have been told over the phone by your sales rep that it should arrive within 5-6 business days, tomorrow it will be 10 business days. In the future if you want people to do business with you make sure you do not make promises you cannot keep. Ordered an exercise bike from these guys on 26/10 and I am still waiting for the delivery to arrive!!! Have emailed them multiple times but no updates provided. This is becoming a joke. I bought my exc. Bike around three weeks ago, delivery was on time, staff working there are vary very helpful, if I need to buy anything else ( of course what they sell ) my first priority would b Fitonline for sure.
