My wife surprised me with a trip up to Port Douglas fishing with Jake ,one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. Jake and the boat were VERY organised and set up for what ever type of fishing you wanted to do. We caught a large range of different fish and once we were back onshore the fish were both filleted and bagged up ready to take home and eat. I found Jake to be very easy going and nothing was a problem. Cant wait to get up there again and go fishing with Exceed. Thanks Jake.

Amazing day on the water, Jake knows his stuff, looks after you and the charter was lots of fun. We had 3 young kids 7, 8 and 10 and he was patient and really good with them. The boat is very well set up for offshore fishing and we had a ball. Well worth it - we caught tons of beautiful reef fish and a MASSIVE nannyguy which we kept. Definitely will be back!
One of the greatest experiences of my life, fishing on the Great Barrier Reef with Jake. Caught a two Nannygai and a tropical trout, that Jake, the best bloody skipper you’ll find, filleted for me to take home and eat (it was delicious). Also went sports fishing, where we caught three GTs and a Spanish mackerel. The GTs were the most fun ever. Jake is a top bloke, has intense patience and passion. Answered all my questions and made sure that we had the best time out on the reef. He makes it all look easy, and really goes out of his way to make sure that you have the best time of your life. It was seriously a day in paradise, you have to do this.
Absolutely fantastic day Jake was a great skipper he is very knowledgeable and good with a variety of people highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a great day fishing that can be very versatile with a mixed bag -Sebastian
