Great store, staff very helpful and polite/ friendly. Large range of products. Well presented & organised store. Prices are competitive and bulk buy discounts are available on some products. You can make online purchases as well via their website. Limited parking out the front of the store, wheelchair accessible entrance though. Delivery for online purchases is available as well.

Found someone's pet budgie, these guys assessed it, took it in and looked after it until we found its owner. They care about animals and will give you sound advice and help. Been there for supplies for cats, fish and birds now and haven't had a bad experience. Would highly recommend them. Have stock in a broad price spectrum, and cover most creatures great and small!

Amazing place. Has plenty of great live stock at reasonable prices. Staff arevery knowledgeable and helpful.

Would give it no stars if I could. Worst quality fish I've every bought. One was pretty much dead before I got home and when I asked the shop assistant about it he told me it was simply stressed and if I had any issues with it to come back. When two died I got a grilling about bringing a water sample in despite calling the night before about bringing the dead fish and the fish with mouth rot (which died overnight) back and wasn't told about any water sample and they just wanted to argue over giving me a 10 refund. Not great customer service or quality of animals. Last time I went in their all their rats had respiratory disease also, so quiet honestly would be a pet store to avoid for live animals in my opinion. Poor overall.
