I attended the full day Provide First Aid/ and Provide CPR course today Tuesday 3rd Jan 2017.. My trainer was Craig, I just want to say that I have attended a lot of courses in the past, I prefer in person rather than online courses as you can benefit so much more, Craig was an amazing educator and made the day so enjoyable, he was very understanding and helpful, I am dyslexic and do not have high academic skills, I learn best from visual and hands on practical, Craig didn't give me the physical answers, however leveled himself to my level, whenever I asked a question he put it back on to me with a question and asked me back, he was very knowledgeable, I challenged him with many first aid myths I was taught and he explained the science and facts behind it and that they were incorrect, I learnt so much fantastic and import things which is very valuable to me, I have 2 people my twin brother and my partner who both I am going to recommend to take the combined course over the next 2 weeks, I don't normally go out of my way to provide feedback, I know I was provided the option at the end of the course to provide trainer feedback, I wanted this message to come from me in person, Craig is a big asset to your business and so many people will benefit from his enthusiasm and knowledge, everything I was taught today will stick for life! Thanks Craig and thanks team at Paradise First Aid, I would recommend this day course to anyone! Thanks Outback Matty
