Having had an unfortunate series of incidents w another Fire Safety company who were scheduled to promptly replace the defective fire alarm but still hadn’t turned up 4 weeks after the fault was reported. David & Jeremy were professional, honest, reliable and conducted themselves w the utmost integrity throughout my dealings w them (including Jeremy already kindly wearing his own face mask when coming into the property, during the pandemic). I had the pleasure of having Firesafe as our go to service for all of our alarm, sprinkler and fire extinguishing systems. They were very responsive to our needs, quick with solutions, priced below many other competitors for the same or better equipment.
