The people were not helpful, friendly and prices were very high. One time only. Sad as I have always had a local print shop in my neighbourhood that I used regularly.

Great service, low prices, excellent quality printing. Details follow. Last week I needed to print a few pages from a couple of PDF files. I called in to find out how to transmit the print request. The man who answered the phone was very helpful. It was not going to be a big sale for them - under 5 - but they were still very professional and clear. I could email the file or bring in a usb stick. With the usb stick, there was a do-it-yourself service where you put the stick directly into the printer in the front of the shop. That didn't work for me, so then I accepted their help to select and print the pages from the store computer system. Turnaround time was just a few minutes in the store. Print quality -- in terms of paper and resolution -- was excellent.
Very rude man charged us 7.40 to print 6 black and white pages off an email. He knew we had no other choice and decided to exploit the situation. I print thousands of flyers each year and will never give my business to these rip off merchants, definitely steer clear.
A good, local printers. Friendly service provided from the main man Graham. Used there online system to upload files and also emailed them direct. You need to specify that you want the prints done at Balgowlah as they also have a shop in Dee Why. If you need plans printed urgently as I did they do a great job and turn it around quickly, but this does require a quick call after sending plans to confirm completion of printing. Probably not the cheapest, but you won't get better, for less anywhere locally. Had mix of colour and black/white A4 booklets printed and bound along with some A1. From memory, an A4 bound booklet of around 200 pages, most b/w as 60/70 and a set of 7, 25 page A1 b/w plans was around 300. Give them a call though and they’ll give you a more accurate quote straight away.
Graham and the team are a valued supplier who always deliver and on time and too budget. Their customer service is great and nothing is ever a hassle!
