Great Filipino food. The place is clean and staff are nice and friendly. We left full and happy.
We bought 3 boxes of take away food . Such a shame to how little they put in the box for 10 and 20 boxes . The portion is unbelievable, For 10 there was only 3 pieces of wings and couple pieces of potato. Box wasn’t even half full. Food taste is fair but the portions compare to price is ridiculous. Sorry but I have to give it 1 star and won’t be back .
My favourite place to bring friends and share delicious food. One of my favourite desserts is gulaman.
Went today, 28 June, 11ish am, Sunday, to avail their constantly promoted buffet of lechon de cebu, lechon kawali, sisig, and other pork dishes, they call it putok batok or something buffet because of all the pork dishes being served. They had one yesterday too and I think, some of the leftovers from yesterday were served today. The lechon in a pan were all bones and chopped up meats, little to no lechon skin were left at 11ish am. If it was freshly made, it wouldn't look like what I saw. The grilled liempo we got was chewy and tasted old, the siomai meat was separating from its wrapper, could be from yesterday too. The first female staff who attended to me was friendly, which was nice, and informed me that their takeaway grilled liempo was 10 per container like the rest of the dishes for takeaway except the sisig and dinakdakan that are 15 per container. I ordered 2 grilled liempo, siomai (that the first female staff said has 8pcs per order), and a pancit. However, when this second older female served me, she only placed 7pcs of siomai, so i told her the younger female staff said 8pcs for 10 container and she obliged. Time to pay, the older female staff charged me with 15 per container for the grilled liempo and when I objected, she was insistent that it's 15. Oh well, not worth the argument on a Sunday, I paid it but will stick to KAPAMILYA Restaurant where the people are friendlier and items reasonably priced.
