I'm very impressed with these guys service. I ordered a bat & catchers kit online. They arrived in Melbourne In a week. I had minor issues with bat size' But once I spoke to staff they assisted me greatly.recommend these guys for service & assistance any day' thanks so much guys. 1 happy customer.

Very poor customer service. We came to try their batting cages and was ultimately shoved right out the door instantly even after I had contacted the store a hour prior to ensure we could try them. We walked into the store and the man behind the counter was very rude and clearly didn't want us there. He asked how they could help and we said we wanted to try their batting cages and he straight out said "No, you can't. We are fully booked and you need your own equipment" (which was not stated when I messaged them TWICE privately . He could have suggested we come back at another time in a hour or so when they aren't as busy or considering they are a literal baseball stall could have shown us where the gear was so we could buy some to try the batting cages but no, instead insisted we couldn't and tried to get us to leave as soon as possible. Very disappointed.

My coach recommended me to go there for an a2000 glove. Very helpful advice, will come many times again. Batting cage and tee out the back as well, so I don’t have to queue up at auzport.
