We have used Fibremax for our phone system. Having an national footprint in each state, we found it he’s to find a good provider to assist us. Fibremax was extremely easy to deal with, very reliable and they went beyond what was required. Their phone system is extremely easy to use. I really like the flexibility that I could answer calls while traveling internationally (when we could) as if I was in my office. I could easily transfer and even listen to the quality of our teams response to our clients. When we had staff changes, it was literally 1 min and Fibremax had our new team logged in, names displayed on their new extensions. I can not recommend them more. Fibremax is critical in our business success and very happy to have them as a business “partner” in our national insurance brokerage. Keep up the good work!
