They really lack empathy and i feel like they just want to take your money. Dont actually listen to your issue and just provide cookie cutter solutions. No proper investigation done to determine causes of infertility. Sent around in circles. A huge waste of money and most importantly time.

I’m actually shocked reading the negative reviews here! My experience was amazing, the nursing staff were so lovely and kind even when I rang after hours they were so sweet and reassuring and really seemed to share in my joy. Dr was informative and direct and it resulted in the healthy birth of my darling little boy first attempt . My only negative would be, having to pay the entire account upfront but, there are options around this in some circumstances. Forever grateful.

Service was ok. Some nurses are great, some are just cold. All doctors have exhausted their capabilities without any success of transferring an embryo after many attempts. Went overseas and was successful just in one shot without having struggles. Obviously the doctors are more knowledgeable. this clinic also requires upfront payment. Not recommended to go to this place.

The experience I had with Dr Chris Nichols was atrocious. Terrible bedside manner, did not even look at the paperwork we had to provide a week earlier. He was presumptive, refused to listen to me and his arrogance is off the charts. His demeanour is certainly not fitting of a qualified fertility specialist. Dr Nichols has no tact or sensitivity and I honestly think he's in the wrong profession, he seemed to think our appointment was the place for ill-placed jokes such as "what do you want me to do about it?" regarding our infertility. Since my appointment, upon telling a friend what a negative experience I had and how I was reduced to tears, as soon as I said his name I was met with stories of several other of her friends who had a very similar experience. I would suggest finding a Doctor with an ounce of empathy and who actually listen to their paying patients.
