I went to Ferrari Formalwear in Parramatta today. This review is aimed at the service or lack thereof (not the product, as I didn't end up making a purchase). I waited to speak to a team member for assistance for 15 minutes or so - there were three behind the counter however, they were all too busy talking together and joking around. Even after making eye contact several times, from my position right in front of the counter, I was ignored. Finally, someone decided to offer me help but when I asked some simple questions the reply from the staff member was quite rude and condescending - I'm not the expert selling suits, forgive me if I have some questions! Abysmal service, not returning and wouldn't recommend.
