Bad service and unpleasure shopping experience. my gf bought a belt four month ago as a birthday gift for me initially, and it caused a lot of holes on my t-shirts (Photos sent to manager already) because its bad and sharp design. And then I asked for refund but it took 2 month to get the credit. Last weekend, I went to the store with my credit, took half hour waiting to get someone help me. And then after I selected a new belt, the sales rushed me to compensate the price difference without telling me that was the demo and the last one. Solved the problem for me after I became angry.

Worst customer service ever from a luxury brand. I had placed an order online and the amount was deducted immediately. After 2 days I receive a message stating the due to high demand product is not available now. If that was the case, the website should nt have let me to complete the purchase. If there are 10 items in total of the same product, then as an user completes transaction it should limit the quantity. Simple eBay website does this. Australia online service doesn't answer the phone calls. It is an local Au number but not ones answers. Tried calling million times, no use. Sent them several emails no proper response. Receive only automated emails. Beware of these guys. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but ended up this way. Very disappointing

In November last year I have bought a belt from Chadstone shop Melbourne. Only used once, the buckle has broken. took it to the shop, have been told need two weeks to have a decision from head office. now I have been told that will take 3-6 months getting the replacement of buckle. I was very disappointed. couple of years ago I bought a bag from them, after one week the head of zip broken, that also took ages to get repaired. I like their design but really disappointed by the quality. This really would damage Farragamo"s reputation. I definitely will move away from them.
