Just over a year ago I purchased and took delivery of a Demo Pathfinder from Will Koutsoubos. Today out of the blue - Will called me just to touch base to see if the first year of ownership was everything I was hoping for. It was an unexpected phone call, but a pleasant one. Normally in the past I've only ever received calls to notify me of a Service due or for a Sale Event. Will assured me when I took delivery that I wouldn't just feel like a number - and as simple as today's phone call was ; it assured me I wasn't one. Keep up the great job Will!

Looked for an X -Trail. We have never seen a more aggressively pushy sales team. Ended up buying one from another Nissan dealer, much better financing and none of the BS. We did go back for a service (it’s the closest to us) but not sure we’ll be back for that either - they ticked off stuff they obviously didn’t do- e.g: vacuum the car at the end of the service- nope.
