Had the pleasure to deal with Daniel when purchasing our new ex-Demo Camry. Daniel's service was second to none - immediate response to calls, emails or text and more importantly, friendly and easy to deal with. No pressure, able to assist with any questions and made the price negotiation straightforward and relatively painfree! Obviously car is very close to new, but regardless, was presented in an excellent state - detailing department deserve a pat on the back also.

Big shout out to Earl at Ferntree Gully Toyota, and the company generally. for our experience purchasing our secondhand FJ Cruiser. It was an interstate purchase, sight unseen, making it a bit risky! Earl was really helpful, very responsive to our questions and messages, and never tried to push extras like extended warranty or finance. After some less positive experiences with other secondhand car dealers, it was great to deal with someone that I felt we could trust. Our vehicle arrived by interstate freight this week and we are beyond happy with it. Thanks Earl and your team!

Valet service was excellent and my car was serviced to book as required. Be aware of the waiting room customer service person who allows people with out masks to walk around talking on phones and sitting at tables talking freely. When cafe and bars are closed how can this business get away this poor attention the the rules?

Bought an unusually old Toyota Aurion 2007 Sportivo from Maya at Ferntree Gully. Beautiful car but as I was driving home the battery died and it was apparent that the alternator had broken down. I had a chat with Maya and Andrew from servicing and they were very apologetic and helpful. Ended up bringing the car back and they went and fully replaced the alternator (which is expensive) absolutely free of charge! Any other dealer could’ve decided to leave me with my faulty car seeing as I’d already bought it, but these guys didn’t. Great customer service!

Purchased vehicle from this dealership approx. 5 years ago, happy with vehicle but disappointed and not happy with my latest service on Landcruiser. Had to return to the dealership after departing from service centre because "Oil Maintenance Required " light had not been reset after service.. was my vehicle actually serviced? I also had to remove with a solvent, black oil stains from the drivers carpet mat...grrrr. The doors jams did not appears to have been greased and the rear camera display was not displaying. Were my tyres rotated, I am left wondering after paying 360. There is no ' What a Feeling ' here on my part.
