Very disappointed with the service received from Eagle Aluminium. Requested a quote and was happy with the punctuality and efficiency of the trademen who came to measure up and quote my job for new windows and doors. Later that day I received an email with the quote. I was quite satisfied with the quote but my happiness soon led to disappointment when I received a second message asking for another 1000 above the amount quoted, the reason being one product was no longer available and a better quality replacement was far more expensive. All this in 24 hours!! I lost all confidence and trust in the company that I thought were quite reputable. Don't trust them!!!
Purchased a house with windows installed by Eagle Aluminium. House (and thus Windows) was built in 2000. Windows were not "packed" under the window frame and ALL of the windows in the house had dropped. This prevented all the awning windows from opening. Rang Eagle Aluminium (as their name was printed on the window frame of each window), and they were not interested in coming out to look at the issue or provide a quote and generally quite defensive and rude. Would not recommend.

Been using them for years. Just had a bit of trouble confirming type of rollers on a 15 year old fly screen door I got there without getting the old ones out first.
Excellent product and service. I ordered several windows that are exceptionally high quality.
I have a house full of Aluminim Sash windows from this company with failed sash spring/mechanism (windows needs to be jammed open with a block). When I originally enquired and raised the issue, I was told that they were 12 months out of warranty and that I would have to pay to replace labour.
