Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses are a must to visit. Their food is fresh and delightful. There are the cakes and pastries and coffee ... eat one and you are bound to ask for more. This is a Pitstop for me, to sit back and enjoy tasty treats - while on a tiresome shopping round. They have two outlets at the Westfield Fountain Gate Mall.

Extremely poor ethics. Unreliable and completely irresponsible. Not just the staff but the manager there is proud of their obnoxious and irresponsible behavior. Seems the rest of the reviews are paid or the management changed recently. Not a good experience and never again. In response to the owner. The staff there had informed me otherwise. They said it is fine to pick up bit later, it is fine to put in that message and The cake was already made. please do not lie here as you will always be caught!!

Where's the sauce?

Ordered a box of takeaway desserts and everything was stale and went in the bin! Definitely not fresh or up to standards.
