Bloody outstanding service! I moved from the country to the coast and knew as much about salt water fishing as a bloke from Afghanistan. The staff spent upwards of an hour with me and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The prices were great too. I’ve been back a couple of times and the staff are always just as friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I believe in Keep it Local. So I make my way to Fergos to buy myself a complete spear fishing setup. I am greeted by a wonderful store with a great selection of items. Unfortunately that is all that greets me and I am unable to make a decision as assistance was not forthcoming. I assumed I came on a bad or busy day so I return the next day. Much the same, so I leave feedback via the website and get no response. I then drive myself into my own personal hell (Sydney) and get served by people who are knowledgeable and happy to take my money. A week or so later when the money rolls in again I head to Fergo's for one or two extra items, alas same experience so I leave again. Fast forward a few more weeks and the sheer location attracts me for one more item that I end up instead purchasing from the original store in Sydney. I truly wish I could support local but when the only service given is from behind a counter or not at all I prefer to go elsewhere.

You can't beat the great prices and service you get from Fergo's Tackle World, I've been shopping with them for a long time and they never let me down and they are also very knowledgeable in all they sell, highly recommended
